What is the process for scheduling a workshop?
  1. Schedule an introductory call, where we can discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.
  2. If you’d like to proceed, we can lock in a date.
  3. We would share the (5-minute) pre-work with you to be circulated to attendees and completed by them at least 1 week before the session, so we can tailor the session accordingly.
  4. We deliver the workshop at your office/venue.
  5. Within a few days of the session, you’ll receive a summary of the key themes and the teams’ suggestions so you are clear on the takeaways and action points.
  6. 1 week after the workshop, we'll have a 30-minute check-in call to make sure that you're clear on how to start implementing the learnings to support your team’s performance.
