How much time do I need to commit to the programme?

➡️ 6x 45-60 minute calls & 2x 30-minute calls over 10 weeks (hence around 7 hours over 2.5 months).

We totally understand you’re busy but we’ll work with you to find convenient slots for the calls.

The program is structured to be a “sprint”, as we know you value efficiency and we intentionally want to keep strong momentum, get results for you as quickly as possible and end the year on a high.

➡️ Short exercises between sessions.

Ahead of some calls, there may be a short exercises for you to complete so we can tailor the sessions and be extra efficient on our calls.

We’re very mindful that you’re busy (we get it, we’ve been there) so we’ll always look to keep any exercises between sessions as <20 mins to complete.

As we'll be working together 1:1, everything is tailored to your needs. Already got one of the topics nailed? Great, we can spend more time on the other areas.

However, as a guide, we would structure the calls along the lines of the below.

What happens if I’m on holiday at some point during this period?

As we'll be working 1:1, there is flexibility in the scheduling, as long as the calls are completed within the 10 weeks to keep with the momentum. Let us know when you’ll be away and we’ll find a solution.
